ya but some people say have several meals a day?
what really would lead to the loose of fats?
doesnt skipping meals make sense u tend to loose those fat?
coz u are nOT eating?

Eat less food but more frequently. Add up the calories, cut out the fat and you will shrink. I've lost 11 kilos in the past 6 weeks doing this - 1200 Cals on non riding days, 1800 Cals on training days and 2000 Cals on BIG event/training days... 4 kilos to go - results happening already podium finishes in my last 5 races.
